Chasity Parker is a Call Center Technical Lead who currently works for Curvature, a company that provides multi-vendor support and pre-owned network and data center equipment. Chasity partners with Service Delivery (Service Desk) to assist and provide guidance with projects that may require IT assistance.

Chasity has 10 years of managerial experience and understands that being successful requires strong partnerships between lines of businesses within the company.

Chasity holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Johnson C. Smith University.
