Lauren Pihl is a Manager in Accenture’s Capital Markets practice and has worked as a project lead at large multinational banks specializing in implementing complex software packages, leading organizational change and stakeholder management. Lauren’s highlighted work efforts include process design optimization, legal entity restructuring, and managing divestiture strategies. Lauren leads work from both the business and technology functions and translate across both effectively. Before starting her career at Accenture, Lauren received her undergraduate degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University. In addition she is currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois.
Lauren’s favorite part of her role is the opportunity she has to actively mentor and recruit women for both IT and financial services industry positions.
She has 3 dogs, loves traveling (especially internationally), has the NYC Marathon checked off her bucket list and is a huge college football fan.
